Analyzing differences among Copolymer Acetal and Dupont Delrin Homopolymer in Sheet and Rods

Homopolymer Acetal or Delrin is the best plastic for turning on a CNC lathe lathe. It is easy to turn, but it requires slower speeds. I have used this material to make Scottish small pipes chanters. Between the Delrin and POM-C rods, both materials are very tough and easily machinable, as they have comparable physical properties.
